Affirm Your Joyy

By

Life is a delicate balance between feeling your authentic feelings and focusing on what you want to create. The human experience is filled with many happenings and if you’re not diligent, you can get caught on the negative train tracks. Which is perfectly okay, and you can do whatever you want, but it feels so much better to ride the good vibe train instead. Abraham Hicks speaks all the time about being selfish enough to care about feeling good, because when you’re feeling good, you can attract more good into your life. Your relationship with yourself is your longest commitment, so why not fill your cup up with health, wealth, love and all the joy you can imagine?

A lot of us have been around negative people and situations, which naturally affects us in the worst of ways. It’s crucial to remove yourself from people, places and things that cause stress, disease and fear. If it isn’t lighting you up, it’s not for you. The catch is, you must start where you are in order to change and shift into happier experiences. You must change your thoughts. Like Wayne Dyer says, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” It’s an inner perspective shift. Focus on what you’re grateful for, focus on what feels good, focus on what is working rather than what isn’t working. Know that there is a solution to every problem, instead of ruminating on the problem itself.

So, let us create new thought patterns of health, wealth, love and joy! From disease to ease. From lack to abundance. From unhappiness to happiness!

I am starting to feel good now

I feel happy

I know there’s a solution to every problem

I love and approve of myself

I speak joyful things into existence

I see what I want clearly

I know that I am in the right place at the right time

I am perfect health

I feel how I feel in every now moment

I will focus on what serves my highest good

I love where I am and where I am going

I speak loving thoughts about my body

I see everything working out for me

I know I am love, loved and lovable
